Within a few minutes of placing your order, you should receive an email confirming that your order was successfully directed to us.

We process orders as often as our production and travel schedules permit. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive. Custom boat orders may require 6-8 weeks.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.

We use the AmeriCart shopping security service. Since the beginning of the Web site in mid-1999, I have taken literally thousands of orders without one complaint or problem arising from credit card use. The AmeriCart system breaks 16-digit Visa/Mastercard numbers in two parts. I get the first ten numbers with your initial order. When I send your boats out, I go to a secure americart site where I use a password to get the last 6 numbers, and then combine them to complete the transactions by phone line. Your credit card number is never complete in any one place — either in print or "on-line."

About 10% of people ordering boats through bathboats.com send a personal check by mail after completing the ordering information on the Web site shipping pages. This also works well.

I will never sell or trade any of my customers' addresses (either street or E-mail addresses). Never have — Never will.
